Refund policy

Due to the nature of body piercing all jewellery sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason at any time. All jewellery comes with a manufacturers warranty for faults, this does not cover misuse, loss or theft.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, all jewellery is photographed before being packaged to assure quality.
