Why are piercing conferences so important?
It's essential to be trained & educated to maintain the highest standards our industry. 2025 has started off as a massive growth year for me, stripping back everything I know & refining my skills & knowledge from over the last 6 years.
My first piercer event of the year back in March, up in Scotland was a wholesome mix of educational and self care talks with a big focus on community which I loved.
Coming up in September I will be attending the UKAPP which I enjoy every year for a mixture of socialising, shopping new jewellery & educations talks to enlighten my mind.
In Vegas this year is the annual APP piercing conference, the importance of continued learning and education in a career like piercing is paramount for covering everything from new hygiene regulations & expectations, listening to other piercers talk through various techniques for different piercings gives fresh insight and enhances skill set & most importantly building connections with other piercers and likeminded individuals.
